Navy Beans

Ingredients
2 cups navy beans1 large onion4 roma tomatoescayenne pepper to tastesalt to taste1 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
Soak navy beans overnight and cook with salt. In a sauce pan heat oil and saute onions. When onions are transparent, add chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add cayenne pepper, corainder powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Cook until well blended. Serve with toast or rice or chapati.
