Jasmine white rice 5 cups, 4 tbls of coconut oil, 10 cups of water.
Add 10 cups of water to pan (strong deep pan with a cover), add salt (to taste) & coconut oil. When water comes to a boil add the 5 cups of Jasmine white rice. DO NOT COVER. Let cook until water is evaported (you can still see some bubbles). Then you lower your fire (tiny fire), and cover and let it cook for about 20 to 30 min.
