Ingredients
Medium onion, chopped6 celery stalks, chopped5 carrots, slicedGarlic, 6 cloves crushed6 medium potatoes, cubedLipton Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 pkgCampbell's Cream of Mushroom Low FatBeef Eye Of Round Roast, 2.25 lbs
Directions
Chop all veggies. Place everything together mixed in a crockpot. Put crockpot on high and timer for 6 hours.
