Cathy's potato cakes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, boiled, drained and left to coolapprox 175g plain flour1 medium eggsalt, pepper, garlic (optional)
Directions
Prepare the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes with the garlic, salt and pepper. Add the flour and mix together until a smooth dough is formed. Roll out the dough and cut into circles with a pastry cutter, then place on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes (until golden brown on top). Makes 10 cakes.
