Ingredients
1 toast bread (wheat)1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter1/2 tablespoon brown sugar1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1) spread the melted butter on the toast.
2) add the cinnamon and the brown sugar.
3. fold the toast in half and heat.
4) you are good to go now!

N.B: you can replace the toast with a whole-wheat toast.
