Ingredients
1 pie crust, 1 can pumkin, 1 can fat free evaperated milk, 2 eggs, 3/4 cups granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp. ground cloves,
Directions
mix together ingrediants, pour into unbaked pie crust. bake 450 degrees 15 minutes then reduce temp. to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until done. makes 12 pieces.

    This is in the oven now. I made it with no crust and skim milk. I hope it tastes good - 10/17/10
