Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 chicken breast, no skin or bones, cut into strips1 med. head cabbage, cut into chunks1 c. sliced carrots2 c. bean sprouts2 med. onions, cut into chunks2 tbsp. olive oil1-2 tbsp. asian seasoningwater as needed
Directions
Cook chicken in skillet, add vegetables, oil, and seasonings. Add about 1/4 c. water. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Add water as needed. 4 servings.
