Honey sauce for grilling

Ingredients
1/4 cup honey3 T. balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar)1 T dried thyme1 clove garlic, crushedpepper and salt to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients and brush over vegetables, or fish or poultry.

Vegetable ideas: potato (par boil), peppers, onions, mushrooms, squash (firmer squash may want to parboil before grilling). I put on skewers along with some fresh pineapple.
