Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
21 oz chicken breast (boneless, skinless)14-16 mushrooms, cut in quarters3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 c. marsala wine1/2 c. beef brothsalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp butterchopped fresh parsleyflour
Directions
Lightly dredge the chicken in flour and brown in olive oil in a deep skillet. When both sides are brown, remove the chicken from the pan and set asie. Saute mushrooms and garlic in the pan until tender. Add wine, beef broth, salt and pepper. Return the chicken to the pan. Stir well, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add butter and parsley allow butter to melt and stir gently. Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.

NOTE: I didn't add the butter at the end even though the recipe called for it.
