Skinny Breakfast Bread Pudding

Ingredients
7 slices bread, cubed1 egg, beaten1/4 cup egg whites2 cups fat free milk1/2 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray.

2. Put bread cubes in the pan.

3. In a medium bowl, combine egg, egg whites, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat well until mixed.

4. Pour over bread and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.

6. Let cool slightly then cut into 9 pieces. Enjoy!
