Ingredients
1 eggplant4 tbsp tahinigarlic, mincedlemon juicesalt
Directions
Prick eggplant with fork, bake in oven until very soft. Then peel, add garlic, tahini, lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve with pita bread or whatever you like.
