Lean Beef & Veggie Meatloaf Muffins

1 lb Lean Ground Beef1/4 c Green Bell Pepper, chopped1/4 c Red Bell Pepper, Chopped1/4 c Onion, chopped1/2 c Carrot, chopped1 Egg White1/4 c Oatmeal, dry2 t Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 t Seasoning Salt (or regular salt)1/2 t Ground Black Pepper2 T Ketchup1 T Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients except Ketchup and Brown Sugar. Divide into 12, 1.25 oz portions and place portions in muffin pan/s. Mix Ketchup and Brown Sugar and spoon on top of 'muffins'. Bake for approx 35-40 minutes at 350 F. Makes 6 servings of 2 'muffins' each
