Whipping cream biscuits

Ingredients
2 c flour2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add whipping cream. Mix with hands.
Knead in bowl for 3-5 minutes.
Drop dough by handful onto cookie sheet (scant 1/4 c per biscuit).
Bake for 15 minutes.

Makes 8 servings of 2 biscuits each.
