Honey Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients
Make sure the shrimp is NOT COOKED....raw shrimp will soak in the flavor better.
Directions
Combine lime juice, oil, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Add shrimp, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remoce shrimp from marinade, place on broiler pan, broil 4-6 inches from heat source for 2-4 minutes per side until opaque throughout.
Cook noodles while shrimp is broiling.

    Wow! Great recipe. I didn't have any measurements for the marinate. I used 2 tablespoons each of honey, lemon juice (I didn't have any lime juice.), and canola oil. I only used 1 tablespoon of soy sauce because of the sodium. I used 1/4 tsp of powdered ginger.hope this helps someone. - 8/31/13
