Chicken Fajita Salad with Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, cubed, no skin, 8 ouncesGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cupRomaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded Cilantro, raw, 3 tbspTrader Joe's Reduced Fat Cilantro Salad Dressing, 6 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Trader Joe's Homestyle Salsa Especial Medium, 2 tbsp Bufalo Chipotle Mexican Hot Sauce, 1 tspSpice Islands Chipotle Chile Seasoning, 2 tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Pour 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan and sear the chicken breast cubes. Add salt, pepper, cilantro and chipotle seasoning and cook the chicken until browned. Then add chiptole sauce and salsa. Let simmer for 5 minutes and then add red and green pepper strips. Cover and toss every few minutes. Toss Lettuce with Cilantro dressing and place on two plates. Top lettuce with fajita mixture.
