EZ green chile stew

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)Red Potato, 340 grams (remove)Onions, raw, .5 small (remove)Bueno Chopped Green Chile -Extra Hot(frozen), 10.6 tbsp (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, .33 cup (remove)Celery, raw, .5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .33 cup (remove)*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 4 tsp (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces, add to a soup pot that has been sprayed with fat free/calorie free cooking spray. Let all vegetables and chicken sautee together until chicken is no longer pink on the outside and vegetables are just becoming tender. Add bouillon, diced tomatoes, green chile and water and bring to a boil, cover, turn down heat and let simmer until potatoes and carrot pieces are soft. Makes 2 large bowl servings ( about 2 cups each)
top with fat free or low fat cheese and serve with warm tortillas or crackers.
