Tuna Salad w/ smashed Avocado

1 can of Tuna1 small Avocado cut into slices1 cucumber cut into slices1 medium size tomato cut into slices1 cup or less Alfalfa Sprouts1 tsp of mustardA dash of lemon pepperA dash of saltA dash of jalapeņo powderA dash of garlic powderBread 2 slices
First Cut up your tomato, place the tomato to the side for now.
Then cut up the avocado into slices , place the tomato to the side for now.
And cut up the cucumber into any size slice, place to the side for now.
Get the can of tuna, empty the water / juice from can. Then place it it into a bowl preferably large bowl.
Grab your spices and add them in.
Then put 1 Tbsp of Vegeniase in the bowl.
You want to take about two to three slices of avocado and add it to the bowl.
Now you want to mix the ingredients in the bowl together until its a good texture for a salad.
Then place your bread on a plate. put 1/2 tsp of mustard on one slice and on the other put another 1/2 tsp of mustard.
On the bottom slice put two slices of cucumber , 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts. Then put the tuna salad on top of that then two or three slices of tomato. Then you follow up with other slice of bread.
