Lamb Curry

Ingredients
1 C brown rice1 C cubed lamb1/4 t. curry powder2 T onion, chopped2 T green pepper, chopped1 C chicken gravy1/8 t. salt1/4 C apple, peeled & diced
Directions
Cook rice according to package. Saute' oniions, and green peppers until tender. Add remaining ingredients, stirring as mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until apple is tender. Serve over rice.
