3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, broiled and chopped1 bag iceberg lettuce1 bag romaine lettuce1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled1 cup chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped fresh broccoli1 cup chopped scallions1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 tbsp Ranch Dressing
Broil chicken breast for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Microwave bacon until crisp, crumble. Chop all veggies and add all ingredients to a bowl, toss with dressing.
