Karen's Ground Elk Meatloaf

Directions
1 lb of ground elk meat1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup ketchup1 eggSalt and pepper to taste
Mix all items in bowl. Cover top with ketchup. Place in pan and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cut and serve. Makes 6 servings.
