Slow Cooker Orange Chicken and Chinese Vegetables

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size chunks1/2 C Flour1 container for frozen orange juice6 TBSP Ketchup6 TBSP of brown sugar2 TBSP balsamic vinergarOne package of stir fry vegetables
Directions
Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Shake excess flour from chicken. Saute chicken in olive oil until golden brown. Place chicken in crock pot. Place vegetables in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together. Dump mixture over veggies and chicken mixing well. Cook on low for 6-8hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve with brown rice!

    I found this to be a little to orange for me. Next time I may try cutting back on the frozen OJ and add some chicken broth. - 5/8/10
