Guilt Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour2/3 cup oat bran1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup gran. sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/3 cup water3 med. over-ripe bananas (mashed)1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup egg beaters
Directions
mix sugar and applesauce in large bowl
add in eggs, water & mashed bananas
add flour, oat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt
mix all well, pour into greased 8in bread pan
bake at 350 for 45mins.
