OVERBOARD SALMON

Ingredients
1/2 Salmon filet1 tbsp or sprig of fresh rosemary1 tsp of black pepper2 oz of lemon juice2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil4 oz of light beer
Directions
Combine all ingredients including salmon and place in a zip lock plastic bag. Marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours. Grill over mesquite until done - 20 minutes depending on heat of fire. Enjoy!
