italian sausage and peppers suprise

Ingredients
one package of hot turkey italian sausage1 cup of diced bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)4 tbsp of diced onion1 cup diced tomato2 cups of brown riceMrs. Dash seasoning (to taste)garlic salt (to taste)a little olive oil
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage after you've removed the meat from the casings.
Cook the brown rice according to the directions on the rice box.
Once the meat and rice is finished, mix all the ingredients together.
Add in the seasonings to taste.
