Bow Tie Pasta with Artichoke Hearts, Tomatoes, and Capers

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil1 onion, halved and sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes1/2 tablespoon capers8 ounces uncooked bow tie pasta1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in artichoke hearts, tomatoes and capers.

Meanwhile, cook pasta accorking to package directions omitting salt and fat; drain.

Toss Pasta with sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
