Elk Stoganoff

Ingredients
1/2 lb Ground Elk Meat1-1/2 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 cup Onion, Chopped1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced1/4 tsp Kosher Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1/8 tbsp dried basil1/2 cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt3 cups Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta
Directions
1. Cook Pasta according to package, omit salt or oil. Saute Onion in 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

2. Add meat and saute until meat is done. Remove from pan and keep hot.

3. Add remaining oil to pan; saute mushrooms.

4. Add beef and onions to pan with seasonings.

5. Add yogurt; gently stir in. Heat, but do not boil.
