3 large eggs1/4 cup milk (I used 2%)1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon9 slices of bread (I used Sara Lee Whole Wheat)
Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip each slice of bread in mixture and prepare on a skillet with 0 calorie cooking spray. Should be enough mix to prepare 9 slices, if you use the bread I used.
