Ingredients
Natural Apple Sauce (or banana), 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cupOats, 0.5 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspnon-fat powdered milk, 1 cupApricots, dried, 100 gramsApples, fresh, 1 smallThe fruit is optional. You can substitute any other dried fruit that you like.I sometimes do a tropical version with papaya, mango and coconut.
Directions
combine ingredients and place in a (greased) baking pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F/180C
