Banana Protein Mousse

Ingredients
1 medium banana10 ml skimmed milk30g protein powder4 tsp splenda1 tspn vanilla essence400g fat free yoghurt
Directions
Blend milk, sugar, vanilla, protein powder and banana. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and fold in the yogurt. Pour mix into 4 small dishes and place in the fridge for several hours. Enjoy.
