Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tsp low fat mayo1/4 tsp chopped garlic3 oz beef sirloin1/2 tsp olive oil1/4 c bell peppers, sliced1/3 c chopped onion1 whole wheat hoagie roll1 oz mozarella cheese, part skim1/4 tsp oregeno
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
In a small bowl mix mayo & garlic
Slice beef into thin strips
Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Saute beef, green peppers & onions until vegetables are tender and beef is no longer pink
Spread bun with mayo. Place beef mixture on bun. Top with cheese and oregeno
Heat sandwich in oven until cheese is melted
