Pan Fried Fresh Yellow Fin Tuna

Ingredients
20 oz. fresh yellow fin tuna fillets1 egg, slightly beaten1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Beat the egg and pour bread crumbs into a large zip-lock back. Dip fish fillets in egg, then shake in breading. Pan-fry until fish is cooked through - this will not take long! Serves 4 people.
