Garlic & Dill Potato Slivers

Ingredients
Potatos, dill, olive oil, garlic clove.
Directions
Makes 2 servings.
Cut potatoes into slives, like french fries.
Rinse in water to remove starch. Toss in bowl with olive oil, garlic and dill. Add other spices to your own liking.
Place in single layer on baking dish, 12-15 minutes each side in a 350 oven.
Or, on the BBQ- wrap all ingredients in foil, place on BBQ for 30 min, turning once.
