TURBO WEIGHT-LOSS SOUP

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 medium red or white onions finely dices2 large sweet potatoes diced 1/4' cubes3 15oz cans black or kidney beans1/3 tsp dried oregano2-1/2 tsp kosher/sea salt32oz low sodium vegetable or chicken broth1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground black pepper1 lb fresh baby spinach8 cups kale2 cups roasted chicken breast8 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Makes 8 3-cup servings

Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Saute onions, 5 minutes, stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil

Reduce heat; cover and lightly boil until sweet potatoes are soft, 12-15 minutes.

Adjust seasonings

Store in invididual containers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Heat before serving and garnish w/ parmesan
