Skillet Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
12 Corn Tortillas (6"), Cut/Torn into Bite Size Pieces3 Cups Chicken Breast Meat (12 Oz), Cooked & Shredded1 Can Rosarita Enchilada Sauce (20 Oz)1 Cup Mexican Style Cheese, Weight Watchers Reduced Fat
Directions
After Tortillas & Chicken have been prepped.......

1. Spray Large Skillet with Pam Cooking Spray

2. Heat Tortillas & Chicken over Medium-High Heat for 7 Minutes, Stirring Constantly. Tortillas should be soft and browned.

3. Pour Sauce over Tortilla-Chicken Mixture, Stir to Blend.

4. Sprinkle with Cheese. Reduce Heat & Cover until Cheese Melts and Sauce is Hot.
