Rueben Sandwich

Directions
Sauerkraut, drained 4 cupsThousand Island dressing 3/4cupMonterey Jack Cheese, 24-1.0ounce slicesCorned Beef, Lean 24 ouncesMarble Rye bread 24 slices
Mix sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Let stand 30 minutes.
Lay out 12 slices of bread, top with 1 slice monterey cheese and 2 ouces conrned beef. Spread #12 dipper sauerkraut mixture on top of corned beef. Top with 2nd slice Montery cheese.
Lightly butter each side of bread and grill.
Place in steam table, cover but do not seal or sandwiches will be soggy.
