1 Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce of your liking (calories not included)1 Tbsp Pepper1 tsp Paprika1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1/2 Cup Panko Crumbs1 Egg White
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix panko, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a small dish. Wisk egg white in a small container. Cut chicken breast into small nugget sized pieces.
Keep one hand for wet ingredients and one hand for dry. Dip chicken in egg, then crumbs, place on pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Dip in sauce!
