Egg White, Turkey Sausage and Spinach Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Bagel, toasted or grilled1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 cup Spinach1 tsp Garlic3 Banquet Turkey Sausages1 slice American Cheese
Directions
Microwave sausage for 30 seconds, or until hot. Toast Bagel in toaster or grill on griddle. Spray griddle with non-stick spray and add garlic and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts, then add egg beaters. Melt cheese on top of cooked egg beaters and place on bagel. Top with cooked sausages.
