Ingredients
mrs. dash original blendPork chopsOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, sliced 1/4 cup Orange juice1 can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry SauceOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs
Directions
salt and pepper pork . on a hot skillet with 2 tbsp of oil fry the onion until tender, reserve on the side. brown the chops on both sides in same skillet with remaining olive oil(about 3 min on each side). Next return onions to skillet. pour cranberry sauce and orange juice on top. cover and let simmer for about 15 min. enjoy with steamed rice and green beans
