Flax Banana Bread

Ingredients
2/3 Cup sugar1/3 cup butter2 large eggs2 ripe bananas1/2 half fat cream or buttermilk3/4 teaspoon Vanilla1 1/2 cups flour3/4 cup ground flax seed or wheat germ1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, spray loaf pan with non stick spray

beat sugar and butter in a bowl until creamy then add eggs, bananas buttermilk and vanilla

combine all other remaning ingredients in another bowl and mix, then add to the banan mixture until blended.

cook for 44-55 mins (until a knife comes out clean)

cool on rack for 10 mins prior to cutting.
