Ingredients
1# frozen california mixed Vegetables1/2 stick butter1/3 C olive oil1T. Italian seasoning1/2 Lemon Juice2T Garlic minced8oz Rotini1/2C onoin diced fine
Directions
Boil Pasta set aside
Melt butter and olive oil, add onion ccook till transparent
add Italian seasoning cook for 2 min
Add thawed vegetables
add Lemon juice
toss pasta, vegetable mix and Cheese
