Mango Sauce for Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced1/4 cup minced onion1 tbsp. each brown sugar and lime juice1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Stir together all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree in a small food processor.
