Ingredients
Splenda for Baking - 1/4 c Water - 1/2cChopped Walnuts - 1/4cCinnamon - 1tspEgg - 1 whole largeHoney - 1tbspPamela's Gluten Free Baking & Pancake Mix - 1.5cVanilla - 1tspMix all ingredients until blended. Add more water or substitute 1/2c fruit (other than dried fruit) for 1/4c water. Calories will be different.Heat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned on top. Toothpick will come out clean from center. Makes 6 standard size muffins.
