Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
1 T olive oil4 cloves garlic1 med onion (red preferably)100g lean ground beef1 cup frozen spinach1 can salsa chilli beans1 can tomatoesherbs - bayleaf, fresh basil, dried mixed herbs, salt & pepper
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute till transparent, then add ground beef. Once meat is browned add canned tomatoes and herbs. Simmer until reduced then add beans. Simmer till sauce is bubbling golden around the edges. Serve with wholemeal spaghetti:)
