Chicken and Sundried Tomatoe Bowtie Pasta

2 Tbls Margarine1 1.4 Cup Chicken Broth Low Sodium4 Cloves Garlic pressed or minced1 cup Canned milk 2% and 2 Cup Water mixed3 Tbls Basil1 cup Sundried Tomatoes4 chicken Breast Boiled and cubed14.5 Barilla Plus Multigrain Farfalle (bow tie pasta)
Melt butter and garlic together, add tomatoes and chicken broth bring to boil, simmer until tomatoes are soft 10-15 m
add milk and water bring to boil, in small bowl mix corn starch and water and pour into sauce, simmer until desired thickness. Add boiled and cubed chicken to sauce. Add Sauce to cooked Pasta.
Makes 8 servings
I put 2 tsp of grated Parmesian cheese on top of my serving which added 25 calories and 1.5 fat
