Salmon Croquette Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon-bones picked1 medium egg beatensalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper7 saltine crackers crushed1/4 cup vegetable oil for cooking1/2 cup cornmeal for coating patties
Directions
1.empty salmon from can into bowl and pick out all bones and other material.
2. season with salt and pepper to taste
3. beat egg and add to salmon
4. add chopped onions and bell peppers
5. crush the crackers and add to mixture
6. Mix well and form into 6 patties
7. Coat each side of the patty with cornmeal
8. Cook in oil that has been heated and serve
