Cold Winter's Day/Slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
10 oz baby spinach leaves2 medium carrots, chopped2 medium clery ribs, chopped1 large onion, chopped1 medium garlic clove, minced4 cups vegetable broth28 oz. canned diced tomatoes/no salt added2 bay leaves1 tablespoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; cover and cook on high for five hours.

2. Remove bay leaves, stir, and serve.
