Twice baked potato

Ingredients
1. oven bake potato2. Chop leeks into small pieces3 Remove visable fat off bacon and also chop into small pieces4 dry fry both bacon and leeks together until cooked5. Once potato is cooked cut in half and scoop out potato in to bowl. Make sure skinshells are still intact.6 Add leeks, bacon and cream cheese to potao and mix together with some seasoning to taste.7. Spoon mixture back into potato skins and return to oven till the topping has turned golden
