Carne Asada

Ingredients
2 pounds skirt steak1/2 cup tequila1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup orange juice4 cloves garlic, crushed1 medium onion1 teaspoon black pepper1 cup salsa1 teaspoon tabascoServe with mexican rice and refried beans.
Directions
Mix juices, garlic, onion, tequila, tabasco and pepper in a bowl. Add meat and marinate both sides. Cover and refrgerate, turning meat over occasionally. Let sit 4 hours or more, preheat grill. Heat on grill until meat is thoroughly cooked.
