Lemon Dijon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup plain yogurt2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp dill weed2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded1 cooked chicken breast, chopped1 tomato, diced1 celery, chopped1/2 cucumber, chopped1 hard boiled egg, chopped1 green onion, chopped
Directions
1. In a small bowl, beat yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and dill weed together with a whisk until well blended to make the dressing.

2. On individual serving plates, arrange lettuce, chicken, remainder of vegetables and chopped egg. Spoon dressing over top. Sprinkle with green onions.
