Chicken & Pecan Cream Linguine

Ingredients
ScallionsChicken BreastBarilla LinguineWhole Wheat FlourSeasoned SaltButter, unsaltedGarlic*Lemon JuiceWaterHeavy Whipping CreamPecansParmesan CheeseBroccoli, freshOlive Oil
Directions
Combine water & 1/8 cup lemon juice & set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Chop onions fine & cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

Place chicken, flour, & seasoning salt in ziplock bag and shake to coat.

Add butter, 1tsp garlic and chicken to pre heated sautee pan and cook 9 minutes.

Add water/lemon mix, cream & onions & cook 5 minutes to thicken.

Drain and add pasta. Top with pecans & 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

Combine broccoli, olive oil and garlic and microwave HIGH for 4 minutes.
Stir in cheese and lemon juice.
